Agentic and generative UI
Hire the engineer who builds the interface people use to work with your agents.

Teams usually call me when
“Our app needs agents that people can see, stop and approve.”
“The agent works. The interface is still a chat bubble.”
“We’re an Angular shop, and every example we find is React.”
What your users would get
Scripted demo · no model callSee
Every tool call streams in as it happens.
Stop
Interrupt mid-run without losing the thread.
Approve
Risky steps wait for a person.
Resume
Threads survive a refresh or a new device.
How the weeks go
UI audit and plancan stand alone as a first stepWeek 1
Threads and approvalsprogress, interrupt, approve, resumeWeeks 2 to 4
Generative UIfrom your approved componentsWeeks 5 to 8

Week one stands on its own. If you only want the audit and the plan, that’s where we stop.

The Motley Fool
Agentic UI inside an investing product, built with their CTO.
I worked closely with the CTO to propose, design and build the AI features: ask in plain English and the grid answers, across thousands of scored companies. Read the story
I maintain threadplane and hashbrown.
For your security and procurement review
- Data
- Conversations and tool results stay in your app and your cloud.
- Generated UI
- Limited to components you approve, with tests that prove nothing else renders.
- Code and IP
- Yours, in your repo. Built on MIT-licensed libraries.
- Access
- Least privilege, removed at handoff.
- Paperwork
- US LLC. Your MSA and NDA or mine. Professional liability insurance. W-9 on request.
- Billing
- Fixed scope per phase, invoiced net-30. The audit can be bought on its own.
Questions
- Do you work with our design system?
- Yes. Generated UI is constrained to components you approve, so nothing arbitrary renders.
- Angular or React?
- Both. threadplane is Angular today with React in preview; hashbrown is React and Angular; pretable is React.
- What about data grids?
- When the work is data-heavy, the grid is part of the agent interface. I’ve taught AG Grid at ng-conf, React Summit and React Advanced, built pretable for the streaming case, and use whichever fits your stack and license.
- Will you ship a chat widget?
- Only as one part. Approval, interruption and resumption are the job.
Send a screenshot of where the agent lives today.
A link or a sentence is fine too. I’ll reply within a business day with what I’d change first.
